Refund policy

Every Holiday House item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to reprint and resend your order.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before they go into production. After that, they're already being printed and can't be canceled.
